Dr. Aaron McNair, II is a 7th generation preacher. He is an influential mentor and trendsetter for his generation. Dr. McNair is an innovative leader, ingenious strategist, prolific teacher, and passionate preacher. In 2015, he became the Lead Pastor of Mt. Moriah Community Church-Raleigh, one of five locations. MMCC-Raleigh is known as the “Place of Impact” and is a vibrant ministry whose mode for excellence is fervently sought after by pastors and ministries globally. In 2020, he became the successor of Apostle Norbert E. Simmons and Senior Pastor of Deeper Life Church Ministries, a trendsetting, thriving ministry in Goldsboro, NC. 

With nearly 20 years of ministry experience, Dr. McNair has the humbling opportunity of traveling nationally and internationally teaching God’s word, training ministry leaders and preachers. He has been interviewed and featured for his ministerial guidance and spiritual insight numerous times on several tv, radio and internet shows. He has earned academic degrees and certifications in the areas of Sacred Music, Homiletics & Hermeneutics, Theology and Christian Ministry.  He is a 6x Author and church ministry and leadership consultant.   

Dr. McNair faithfully serves his father in ministry, Apostle Dr. A.B. McNair, Sr. He serves as the Overseer of Administration and Director of Public Relations for the Life Changing Ministries International Fellowship working with 60 churches and ministries. 

On March 9, 2013 he was united in love with the most beautiful, Lady Ashley McNair. He describes her as “God’s physical love for me” and she works closely with him in ministry. Together they have one lovely daughter Aylana Lynda Michelle and one energetic son, Aaron III (AB).

Intercessor, spiritual mother, motivator, and mentor to many, Lady Ashley McNair is a highly respected powerful preacher. She is a prayer warrior with a sincere prophetic anointing. Lady Ashley is a native of Wilson, NC, born to George A and Linda H. Ward, former Pastors of Greater Zion Original Free Will Baptist Church, where Ashley received salvation and had her start in ministry. She now serves faithfully alongside her husband, Dr. Aaron McNair, II at Mt. Moriah Community Church Raleigh, NC and Deeper Life Church Ministries Goldsboro, NC.

Lady Ashley was mostly educated in the Wilson County School system, and a 2008 graduate of Ralph L. Fike High School. She is also a 2015 graduate of East Carolina University, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health with a concentration in Worksite Health Promotion.

As a sought after mentor, Lady Ashley loves to empower and provide guidance to young women of various backgrounds. She believes wholeheartedly that every woman should strive to enhance their confidence, embrace class, and embody Christ. 

On March 9, 2013 she married the love of her life, Dr. Aaron McNair, II and together they have two amazing children, Aylana Lynda Michelle and Aaron Bernard McNair, III.
